Grief and Bereavement Therapy Online UK.
Space to Mourn What You've Lost
Grief is one of the most disorienting experiences a person can go through. It doesn't follow a timetable, and it doesn't always look the way other people expect it to. You might be grieving a death, the end of a relationship, a way of life, or something harder still to articulate, a future that will now never come. Whatever has brought you here, you deserve somewhere to sit with it properly, without feeling rushed or misunderstood.
I offer online grief and bereavement therapy across the UK grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy. Rather than moving you quickly through stages or toward acceptance, we take time to understand your particular loss, your relationship with the person or thing you've lost, and what this grief is asking of you. My training at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust and my work with loss, including miscarriage and infant loss, mean I bring careful, specialist experience to this most tender of territories. Grief is not a problem to be fixed, it is love with nowhere to go, and it deserves to be met with that understanding.
What I bring to grief and bereavement therapy:
-
Specialist psychodynamic training in loss and bereavement
-
Experience supporting grief that others may not fully recognise or validate
-
A slow, thoughtful pace that respects where you are
-
Sensitivity to the ways culture, identity, and attachment shape how we grieve
-
Secure, confidential online sessions accessible across the UK
You don't have to feel ready. Many people come to grief therapy unsure of what they even want to say. We can begin exactly where you are.
