For a lot of men, asking for help is the hardest part. There's a voice, often learned early, that says you should be able to handle things yourself. That talking about feelings is weakness, or self-indulgence, or simply not something you do. That voice can keep a man stuck for years, even as the pressure builds: at work, in relationships, inside himself. If any of that sounds familiar, you're far from alone, and you've found the right place.

I offer online therapy for men across the UK using a psychodynamic approach that doesn't require you to arrive with your emotions neatly labelled or your reasons perfectly prepared. Many of the men I work with come in feeling low, numb, irritable, or overwhelmed without quite being able to say why. Others are carrying specific things, relationship breakdowns, loss, workplace stress, questions about identity or purpose. We start where you are and work at your pace. The goal isn't to be told what to do. It's to understand yourself more deeply, so that the choices you make feel more like yours. Online therapy also removes some of the practical and social barriers that can make it harder for men to access support.
