90-Minute Assessment Consultation

Service Description

Our first and second sessions are a 90-minute assessment where we explore your history, current concerns, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. It’s also a time for you to get a feel for how I work. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, but always at your pace. This session lays the groundwork for any ongoing therapy and helps us decide on the best direction forward.
